2. Information that can be collected and processed by the site
2.1. The resource processes only that data that User provides independently on a voluntary basis. Such data includes: • Data required for registration and receiving services on the Site – personal phone number. In case of confirmation of acceptance of online newsletter or offers from Employers – e-mail address, contact phone number registered in Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber. • Information required for beginning of Site use: name and surname of a person, date of birth, phone number, citizenship, education, specialty, and availability of skills and experience of work in a specific field, state and name of the city (village) of the actual place of residence of a person. In addition, the User agrees to provide: information about the availability of a biometrical document and visa, e-mail address, information about the previous work experience (sector, term of employment, skill level), information about work experience abroad, expected date of employment, availability of driver’s license (obtained categories), language qualifications (what language, level), availability of certificates of competence. • Information concerning the preferred type of work: individual, for spouses, for working team. • Personal photo, CV in video format. • User accounts in social networks.
2.2. Site provides an analysis and processing of such information about the User that is collected automatically. Such information contains: • information allowed by the current legislation that is relevant to the equipment or access to Internet at the time when the User is using the Site: IP address of the connection, device location, data of user account, version of the internet browser, operating system of the equipment, web browsing history, logs of vacancies viewed by the User on the Site, number of Employers’ responses, duration of specific web sites surfing, errors at downloading or web browsing; • interactions between web pages or phone numbers that have been use for communication with our Users Support Center. This information is analyzed by means of various methods including cookies; • statistics data: organized information from User’s accounts for investigation of the registered users base, Site development, and advertising purposes. Information may be published and put on public access in a generic form.
Similar data may have a status of “Pesonal” only if they allow defining an identity of the User directly.
3. Use of personal information
3.1. The Site uses personal data of the User only for specific purposes:
• providing Services for registered users according to the Site Use Rules;

Access scope that is provided for such persons shall be defined by administrator in strict compliance with the terms of use for Employers and specific Internet-resources which cooperate with the Site.The Site does not bear responsibility for protection and storage of Personal information that has been published be the subjects of the first category beyond this resource. The Site is not responsible for situations, in which the User at his/her own discretion discloses such data within this web-resource.Terms and procedures of gathering, analyzing, processing and keeping information by representatives of the first category beyond the Site are defined according to the rules specified by the concrete Confidentiality Policies or other governing documents of these subjects.According to the current legislation the information obtained by services should not be considered as personal and be indicated as “Personal Data”. Despite that, the Site does not bear responsibility for gathering, analyzing, processing and keeping of such data by these subjects. To find out how and for what purposes the received information is used by the services, the User has to refer to the Confidentiality Policy that they adhere to.
4.3. The site is obliged to meet the requirements of the current law. According to this paragraph, the Personal information may be given without prior notice of the owner in certain cases: • to take actions and to provide protection against fraud; • in response to complaints of other Users; • improper or unauthorized use of the Site platform for personal purposes; • at the request of the court, fpr investigations, or upon the request of state authorities.

5. Changing and deleting personal data from the Site
5.1. Person registered at the Site (User) has a right to change data through user account at all times. It is allowed to edit only self information.
5.2. The User is entitled to contact the administrator with a request to change, edit or delete incorrect data that refer to the User. The administrator is obliged to consider this request within 3 days from the date of its receiving.
5.3. The User may ask the administrator to delete the user account and his/her Personal Data. The Site is obliged to eliminate all data connected with such a person. User’s data shall be hard deleted in its full extent.

6.1. The Site shall ensure keeping, processing and using Personal Data of the User according to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
6.2. The Site is obliged to exercise best efforts to keep, process and use the personal information in accordance with other laws.
6.3. Standard Personal Data keeping period shall be chosen taking to consideration the achievement of conditions stated in paragraph 3.1 of this Policy. Besides, such term shall not be less than 10 years.
Personal data is subject to immediate removal upon reaching the period of limitation or in cases defined be the current legislation and terms of the Policy.
